WIL-ALT-65. Here is an original photo that I took while riding in a Pennsylvania Railroad passenger train from Harrisburg to Altoona during August of 1965. !Shown here are three unidentified units built by EMD pulling an eastbound coal train near Mifflin, Pennsylvania.
