On the big viaduct  Contributor's Pick!
Train 166 crosses Tunkhannock Creek Viaduct, also known as the Nicholson Bridge. Getting shots of a train on the viaduct can be problematic. Theres a four foot wall on the edges, making a shot from the ground difficult, because you lose the trucks and some of the carbody. The good shots from in town are rather far off, though you need some distance to get a good view of the viaduct, which is just over 1/2 mile long. This is from a parking area off US 11 at the south end of the structure. I did OK considering.
