Train speeds on the Northern Division were modest, 30 MPH in most places, so chasing was not a challenge most of the time. After shooting a train at Forks, you could easily beat him to this spot, where the tracks crossed US 11 south of Whitmey Point. Here you were afforded an open view of the train as it approached the crossing. It will be a good wait for the 110 cars to clear. I wont beat him to Lisle, only three miles up, but Killawog shouldnt be a problem.
