| A pair of gray AC44s roll 75 empty cars north a few miles south of Decatur. I worked for JB Hunt at the time, who is a big user of intermodal. All their rail partners have contributed models, which are displayed in the main lobby. The KCS model has this unit, 4592, leading a set of stack cars. Its painted in the Belle scheme. In a case of art not imitating life, the prototype, seen here, is still gray. |
