| WABH 11 has a CR Quality repaint GP 40-2 for its chores today. When I moved to the area in 1988, this job had almost always a GP 38 or B23-7. In a few years, the power was upgraded to a GP 40. When NS took over, they assigned a C40-9, then had to upgrade the track on the Vestal Spur, which only saw 4 motor power during Conrails reign.
