Hows this for confusing
O.K....lets see if I get this straight. We are looking at a unit that began life on the old Norfolk Southern Railroad. It became a Southern unit upon the buyout of the old NSRR. It later became a Norfolk Southern unit following the Southern/NW merger. Then it was sold to the Gulf and Ohio and sublettered for the Wiregrass Central. Recently it has seen action on another G&O property, the Chattahoochee and Gulf. Now the C&G has been bought out by a unit of the G&W and apparently this unit went with the sale. I say so because not the G&O wings that had been on the cab have been removed.
