Scenes. Here is the right-hand frame of a stereoview card entitled "Horseshoe Curve." It was published by Muller Brothers of Syracuse, New York, c. 1890. The lone figure in the foreground, standing next to the two-track mainline, gives some idea of the enormity of just how much back-breaking work it took to construct the Curve.
