| The Concrete Company's ex-Conrail former Pennsylvania RR covered hopper. Its my theory someone may have uncovered the PRR Keystone logo or someone at Conrail painted around it.. I believe this cause the opposite side of the car was done the same way. Notice too the "PRR" reporting marks bleeding thru. |
