| Sitting with its steam up and a tender loaded with coal, MILW 2-8-2 Mikado #313 is ready to roll out on this day in April of 1950. Built by Alco-Schenectady in August of 1919 as CM&StP 8691, it was renumbered in 1938 to MILW 313. The loco was retired in April of 1954.
