| Class SCM-15 (SCML-15) wagons entered service in 1990. Reclassified from Class SM-13, each wagon carries two (1 x 20ft and 1 x 40ft) or three 20ft containers purpose built as car transporters. They are flat wagons with solid decks and retractable twistlocks designed to transport 12 x 5ft, 6 x 10ft, 3 x 20ft or 1 x 40ft containers or combinations of these sizes.
