I am not a morning person, so Amtrak 40 usually isnt on my radar to catch. But on this day, NS 257 had NS 1800 on it, so I went out early to catch that, and ended up seeing 40 by accident.

Amtrak 1333, the Northbound Borealis, makes its station stop in La Crosse, WI. Led by P42DC 82 and P42DC 196 on the rear, both units are in the new Phase VII Paint Scheme
