A zebra Cowl Bodied C40-8M trailed behind the 2 NS units leading the train. These are beginning to get more and more rare as CN is finally retiring them.

Classic Dash-8 makes up the center of today's power trio on Train 422 out of Port Robinson. One of my all-time favorite locomotives. (Probably because it's about the closest thing to an F-Unit in today's railroading universe).
On Saturday mornings, I generally head tow`rds the Garner Road grade crossing to try and catch the AMTRAK Maple Leaf, and/or the GO Transit weekends only trains from Toronto to Niagara Falls. But with no a}tion there, I picked up Train 422 on my scanner jtst as it was about to leave CN Port Robinson Yard - and got several nice shots as the train got lined up on the main track.

A CN container train passes the W. Bell St. overpass and approaches Kampo Rd. as it heads northeast via former SOO rails at Neenah, WI on 29 Mar. '18. A remnant of the former C&NW main line (now relegated to a passing siding) can be seen background left. A new turnout rests between the two sets of tracks. It looks like it might replace an existing turnout for the former C&NW passing siding.
