CSXT Southbound Freight Train Q595 ( Indianapolis, In. Avon Yard to Birmingham, Al. Boyles Terminal ) has yarded their train in #3 Tail Track in the Bowl Yard at CSXT'S Boyles Terminal in Tarrant City, Al.
GCFX 3072 heads out of the yard at Hamlet
An extremely rare occurrence with the Alstom Demonstrator unit on the point. This marked the last time that I would ever see this unit again.

Q682 is seen passing along side the banks of Nickajack Lake with the Alstom unit leading to HLCX SD40-2s.
Q682 glides through downtown Stevenson Al on it's journey north to Nashville Tn. with a great EMD consist. This train was the resson for visiting the CHattanooga Sub on this day. The Norfolk Southern line to Sheffield Al is seen in splitting off the CSX main. NS has trackage rights over CSX between Stevenson and Chattanooga.
CSX mixed freight train Q300 heading east through South Plainfield with BNSF 8041 and Alstom SD40-2 3072.
The one and only Altsom unit leads Q614 on this day along with two former MPI SD40M-2s and a CSX SD40-2.
