C964-05 awaits permission to head west down the single main after coming out the east end of the yard after bringing a pair of Silverliner V's up to Woodbourne Yard. CSX GP38-2 2519 is the sole unit for this move, and is one of two GP38-2's still in YN1.
Leading C964 is YN1 GP38-2 2519, built April 1973 as SCL 519.
C964 heads east over the High Line at 1529 with YN1 GP38-2 2519, 2 flat cars, a married pair of new Silverliner V's, and 2 more flat cars.
CSX 2519 assists a SB CSX stack train at State Line Rd.
Lineup at 78th Street includes CSXT 2519 working as the yard switcher, CSXT 6621 on train R453, and CSXT 7548 on train K650.
Going to wye the engine and call it a day. One of the best YN1's still out there.
And the pun wasn't even intentional, I was just that surprised to find a rare-as-a-sabertooth YN1 GP38-2 as the sole power! Amid the confusion and deja-vu, I never caught the ID. Location is at Lemoyne Rd in the Troy Township.
