CN train descends the grade from the former GB&W rails to the former SOO main line at Amherst Junction, WI on 13 May '15. Train was heading back toward Stevens Point, WI after spotting some cars on the siding at the end of the remnant of the GB&W main line. The main line passes under the unusual 2nd St. bridge right here. This community used to be named Groversburg.

Train was heading for the main line, former SOO rails, to go back toward Stevens Point, WI after spotting some cars on the siding at the end of the remnant of the GB&W main line. The former GB&W main line used to continue along the right edge of the photograph, over this unusual bridge, toward Plover, WI, that right-of-way is now the Tomorrow River State Trail. The active main line passes under the 2nd St. bridge right here. This community used to be named Groversburg.
