3.29.2020. Little Rock Tunnel. AMTK 17 heads up the eastbound Cardinal down the Blue Ridge grade. It is about to enter the Little Rock Tunnel, the shortest tunnel on the grade at ~100 feet and the last remains tunnel of the four (Greenwood, Brooksville, Little Rock, and Blue Ridge) that were originally built in the 1850's by the Virginia Central Railway for access to the Shenandoah Valley through Rockfish Gap.
