While visiting the Carolinas Aviation Museum at the Charlotte International Airport an eastbound NS autorack train passes on the adjacent Charlotte Sub. The museum has since moved to a much larger and more modern facility across the airport.

This is I-485/South Boulevard station. To the right is the NS R Line.
While getting off the light rail we were surprised by a northbound freight on the R Line. This was quite the surprise since not many trains run on this line.
