One morning, we headed out to the Mission Mill Rd railroad crossing near City of Industry, CA at about 10 AM to see a Union Pacific Engineering passenger special make its' way towards Long Beach, CA
With a bad order, they have been left in the Union Pacific Mead yard awaiting for repairs before moving them again.
It has hints of red and yellow. Supposedly part of SPSF heritage.

This engine is trying to be saved reportedly by two organizations. Hopefully it will survive.

It is not super pretty shot with some cars blocking but it was great to get another chance to see one of these Warbonnet engines again after hearing most of them were put into storage.

The employee once again makes a trip to Southern California and luckily much closer to home and leading. Since we didn't get shots of other side and the light was towards the platform, then this would be our chance.
