A photo album of standard cab SD70's purchased by Norfolk Southern (56 units) and inherited from Conrail (24 units). In 2018, NS contracted with Progress Rail to convert units into AC model SD70ACC locomotives. The outcome was less expected and the project abandoned in 2019 after 52 units were completed
