Various railroading images that I have photographed across the country in my travels and bein} away from NS's Lehigh Line.
This diesel had the distinction of being the first D&H locomotive to sport the new simplified paint scheme.
D&H RW6 had a derailment at 7:50AM. Records showed it had 4 diesels & 72 cars with 3,529 of gross tonnage.
Within less than a year, the Zephyr would make its final run on April 26, 1983.
Built in 1943, its tour of duty was at Oklahoma Ordnance Depot in Pryor, OK
CR 2234 is ex-PRR 2234 / PC 2234 & working as NKCR 23 as of 7/2009.
US Army 7108 now operates as Saratoga & North Creek 821

The excursion train was NS"s "Autumn Leaf Special" heading to Luray for the Page County Festival
TRRA's B561 is a rebuilt NW2M slug and was rebuilt in 1987
