My (not so clean) steed awaits the call to duty. Actually, my truck is a wind block while i take a picture. Trying to somehow work this in to an actual shot...eventually.

this train, measuring 7,218 feet glides under the highway 210 overpass in Henning.
after seeing train after train of eithes a single dash-9, or grimy old SD's, a BNSF ES44DC is a welcome visitor to CP's Detroit Lbkes sub...here in Parkers Prairie, Mn, also, is that a pheasant hitching a ride on the plow?

A rare unit coal train glides south of Forada. Not sure why they're running them on the DL sub.
not much of a picture i know. The only interesting fact is, this is the first unit coal train i've seen and/or photographed on the Detroit Lakes sub.
A CWR train heads east (railroad westbound...go figure) toward its destination of Detroit Lakes. All the ties are layed out and ready to be installed. Lots of work on the DL sub this summer.
