UP hasn't had a presence in Lincoln for several years now, so this was quite a treat! My guess is that BNSF was either leasing these or transporting them for UP.
They're always sitting in this same exact spot it seems, everytime I drive past.
I think this is a GP38-2; hard to tell given this is the best angle we could get...
