A railfan special in the Netherlands which was dedicated to the memory of Neil Webster, a UK railfan who was also deeply involved in the mainland Europe rail scene prior to his untimely death in his early 40's.

An ex-British Rail EM2/Class 77 was the main motive power for this train. Six of the seven locos built were exported to the Netherlands after they were retired from service in the UK.
