Indian Creek of Frankton, Ind has aquired a pair of ex Santa Fe / LS&I RSD-15's from a scrap line somewhere around the Chicago area. The owner barely save them from the scrappers torch. He said parts have been really hard to find. The RSD -15's are almost ready for service.
