The one and ONLY Atlanta & West Point boxcar I've ever witnessed. Witness here in a collection of scrap cars right across the street from CSX's S&N Yard. The cars and the multiple tracks here are now gone. Just the CSX main remains.
This old Georgia RR boxcar was found in Montgomery, AL isolated from any track connection. I believe it was cut up where it stood?

The Georgia Southwester RR was orignally owned by Railtex and then sold to Rail America and now I believe they are independent. This car TRAX 1336 is owned by Railtex. GSWR really needed this car for track rehab!

By the way this ex-L&N hopper's reporting marks were painted out, the CSX had sold her off still with the L&N still intact.

Southern Ry PS2 3-bay at NS' Columbus yard
This was the only Illinois Terminal boxcar I have seen painted brown. All others were painted yellow.
Georgia RR sand hoppers served a sand pit in Brownsand, GA just south of Junction City, GA. The Georgia RR sand cars were pretty common in Manchester in the 1990s. Now most have been sold,scrapped or rebuilt.
ACL pulpwood was still usjd by CSX in this 1994 photo.

An old Merchants Dispatch Transpmrtation (or) MDT for short. An old New York Central property. I guess Conrail like the car so they kept it.

ex-Monon covered hopper passes thru Manchester, Ga. It may had MON reporting marks prior to CSX's.

CSX Transportation scheme probably had "SBD" reporting marks now joined the Andersons family of second hand rolling stock.
AEX (ex-CSX 221768) was probably ex-ACL by comparison to the ex-ACL cars in this line as it went by.
AEX must have dug deep the scrap pile for this car! Now its wearing its fourth set of reporting marks respectively: ACL, SBD, CSXT, AEX.
Former B&O PS 2-bay covered hopper once wore "CSXT" reporting marks and now owned by the Andersons.
ex-Seaboard System covered hopper began on the Seaboard Air Line.
AEX was really scraping the bottom of the barrel for rolling stock! This had to be way down deep in the scrap line!
Ex-Seaboard Coast Line hopper now owned by the Andersons. The road number is SCL's.
