Cascade Engineering (about a half mile back up the hill behind the tank cars) wasn't ready for a switch on this day, so Y106 is storing the 2 plastic pellet hoppers for them on the Elston Richards spur. Sometimes Cascade will send a truck over and unload them here, as their spur is usually full to capacity. The tanks are from Alto Gas.
The engineer on Y106 has 2773 working pretty good as Y106 rolls up the 1.2% grade to Fox and beyond.
