If the paint on the two AC60's wasn't quite faded, this could easily pass for the year 2000 instead of the last days of 2014. Canon EOS-3, Fujichrome Velvia 100F.
Usually nocturnal on the West Point Route, Q614 heads north up the hill at Loachapoka on a spectacular winter morning. Today one example of AC60 from each of the two US railroads to buy the model are up front for power (although the UP example is an AC6044 convertible unit that never received the 6000 HP engine).
