This was the repainting information on Union Pacific AC4400CW 7143. NLR is North Little Rock, Arkansas. The locomotive was sitting on the BNSF-Wabtec interchange, about a mile and a half north of Wabtec’s Fort Worth plant, and was on its way to the plant where it would be upgraded into a C44ACM.
