Catch of the day. I love these old GP9s that appear every once and a while on a CN ereighter, still putting in a full day's work. I suppose in 50 or 100 years people will be looking at these the same way we view steam locomotives today. This beauty rolled off the line in 1957.

A GP9 originally built in 1957 by GMD as NAR #204 (Northern Alberta Railway). Serial number A1418, 1750 h.p. Aquired by CN with the purchase of NAR in 1981 at which time it was renumbered CN #4605. It was rebuilt as a GP9RM in 1991 and renumbered CN #4132.
