A pair of EMD units are on Norfolk Southern's C65 Local at Erie, PA. The NS 5132 a GP38-2 was built as Southen Railway #5132 in February 1974. The NS 3422 an SD40-2 was built as Conrail #6516 in November 1979.

A crusty former Norfolk & Western SD40-2 leads two GP38-2s on local manifest P61 at Salisbury. This train is a railfan favorite because of the motive power consists like this that frequent this train daily.

Here P11 pulls south out of the yard past the P49 Chamblee Local at the south end of the yard, in the background is an everpresent trash 9, which obscures a recently reactivated GP50. For the moment ETTS is dead, let the good times roll.
