A CN through freight passes the southern Sherman Rd. grade crossing and approaches E. Sunnyview Rd./Hwy. Y as it heads southwest via former SOO rails at Town of Oshkosh, Winnebago Co., WI, on 9 Jun. '19. The CN microwave tower in the background at right also stands at the southern Sherman Rd. grade crossing; it stands between the former SOO main line and the former C&NW right-of-way, which runs parallel on the other side of the tree line at right. I'm left to ponder the reason for the unusual jog at the north end of this passing siding. Train had two locomotives, CN 3036 and GECX 2038.
