Actually, more like dragging at this point, since the train is heading down into the dip along Wolf Creek, and through Dorsey siding. Hell need them for the climb out, and Ill beat the train to Decatur with time to spare

The NS unit on the coal train passes the head end of the 261 as the crew does the roll by.

The coal trains all get DPUs, in this case something of a surprise, a CP GE, not unusual, and an NS DC to AC unit, which was unexpected.

The DPU on the northbound TXUX train reflects in Butler Creek as it approaches downtown Noel.

Empty coal trains seem to get DPU power on a regular basis; it wasnt always a sure thing. It does help get a well lit photo when shooting a northbound. This interesting set was trailing an empty TXUX train at Gravette

The 82xx will be rebuilt from CP's 3rd order of AC44's.

Shortly after 199 is another 583, westbound at 1526.
