Today ly dad and I are taking a day to do a little bit of train watching up at New Haven. CORP 4?24 was spposed to be on the Decatur local but we did not make it in time to see it on a moving train so we came here and CORP 4024 was here with a few more engines at Piqua yard in Fort Wayne

The southbound I&O local passes the former interlocking at Tremont City Rd. This was the junction of the Erie Dayton Branch and the NYC Bellefontaine main cutoff. They will back into the siding and serve the Tech II Plastics plant.
The I&O local is eastbound on the former #1 track at Edgewood Ave. Thirty years earlier, Conrail was running a huge amount of traffic on this Columbus-Union City route.
