Running as light power

The third engine in the consist of an idling mixed freight train. This one has worked in the Selkirk Yard for many years and doesn't come out much. Built as BO 7604 in January 1977.

After CSX 8632 - CSX 2500 back into the yard CSX 8246 switches tracks at the east end of Selkirk Yard while Q421 builds in the foreground.

While stationed at the NAS Atlanta Ga base, came upon this nb CSX at the south end of Lockair Siding.

Eastbound on 1 by the B&O CPL signal mast at Vine is CSX general freight Q438, led by SD70AC 4743 thankfully; beats the GE dominance lately.
