Deleted by the site / OI-16 crossing the 'KAREN' lift bridge along I-95 on the former Chemical Coast secondary, on point is 1700. Norfolk Southern power no longer runs to Browns yard because of PTC and other NJT requirements. @ 16:25 hrs
