NS 3804 (in Conrail paint!) works at the ethanol plant with the local.
NS 3804 switches the Andersons with an Ex-HLCX (Now NS) locomotive. This was the last time I got to ever see NS 3804 in Conrail Paint. Poor Conrail is starting to become not so noticable on NS anymore.
NS 3804 still in Conrail paint leads the local north with a surprise on the back.

NS 9512 going to be heading east from the Elkhart hump yard. Tagging along is some good old conrail blue. I hope this pic helps answer the question identifation of the train. My friend just started the elkhart-bellevue route. Me and my kids try to pay more attention to the trains coming and going from the east. In hopes of seeing him.
I finally got a shot of conrail blue NS 3804!!!! I hope to get a few more before they are all painted over.
ex-CR 3804 follows 5 other locomotives on a short mixed south out of Marion.
Only 1 or 2 remaining
One of NS's 3 remaining Conrail-painted SD38s. It died back in June, then returned in September. It has a Leslie S3L horn, and is a yard goat from Elkhart, IN.
Nice to see some blue
One of Two conrail SD38's left in blue.
NS 13Q departs Bellevue Yard, seen from the Center Street crossing. The trailing unit is a rare SD38.
Notice the frown face in front of the conductor on the windshield.
Nice numberboard.
