The new yard is going in to the east (right) of the bridge; this is the throat to the mile+plus reversing loop west of Vancouver at the Port. Background is our local 'back up' power supply (propane?) to the power we usually get from hydroelectric / Bonneville Dam.

New plans do away with the Joliet Union Station serving as the Amtrak loading station which will be moved farther north.
