UP’s QDYTX-07 (Quality Manifest Dayton, TX-Texarkana, AR) prepares to leave Dayton, TX. The NS 8397 a Dash 8-40CW was built as Conrail #6191 in June 1993.

A rare daylight 503 (once a common sight in SJ) passes the former water tower for the many trains the passed through here daily to Ocean City, Wildwood, and Cape May. Occasional CSAO, CMSL, and NS traffic is all the once busy junction sees now.
