An eb coal train with an interesting mix of power stretches across the Mississippi River in a somewhat rare shot as it was impossib’e to shoot photos w/o permission here. If I recall, I was escorted by a TRRA employee that I met at The Great Train Store when I was an employee there.

As a coal train streaks past, this grain train is stopped. Apparently, it went into emergency, as a manager gave the conductor a ride up to the head end after checking out a problem midtrain.

A UP manifest train sits at Muncie. The conductor rode with what seemed to be a manager to check out a defect on a car in the train. I would assume the train went into emergency there.
