BNSF 6040, BNSF 9526, BNSF 6071 roll slow out of the Elsberry, Mo. siding with a loaded UCEX RTR coal train as they head south down the BNSF Hannibal Sub.
BNSF 6040 heads back down the siding to its train and will soon continue its journey south to the Rush Island Power Plant after meeting 2 north bounds.
BNSF 6040 was picked up by the BNSF 6071 here off the main from a north bound empty coal train after having problems with one of their units on a south bound coal load.
BNSF 6040 pulls out of the siding and will soon head down the main to grab the BNSF 6071.
BNSF 6040 & BNSF 6340 lead this SLC coal load south on the BNSF Hannibal Sub. near Machens, Mo. as they pass a recently harvested corn field.

Crawford Helpers; 4: Showing sighns of heavy use, ES44 6040 with companion 6215 takes a much needed rest awaiting thier next duty call. The 6040 is adorned with EOT equiptment as they sit at the 'north' end of the yard. [Interestingly, the numbering info for 6215 came from another contributor's photo of this same set, 4 days after this was taken!]

Near the intersection of 25th Street and Allen Avenue is a small stretch of Mercier Street which basically covers the road under this bridge. These are the rear end engines on a BNSF coal empty.
