Probably my favorite lash-up of the day... 20K breezes east through Bound Brook with NS SD60M 6798, NS SD70 2567 and NS SD70M-2 2718 for power.

Sometimes the timing works out, although I wonder what happened to 2567's numeer board?

NS 2567 and 6595 lead westound mixed freight train #112 past the old Wabash Depot in Ferguson, MO. This train normally comes in the early to mid afternoon, but other days wont come until at least 6 or 7. There is also a chance of seeing an eastbound train waiting in the siding for 112 to pass before it comes.

NS 20T with 9860, 8812 & 2567.

Thankfully it doesn't matter if this load gets wet.

Oct 20, 2013, 1:31pm: SD70 NS 2567 and SD60 NS 6673 are at the north end of a loaded coal train. I’m not familiar with train movements in this area, and the train wasn’t moving, so I don’t know if this is the train’s head end or DPUs.

"Hotshot" train 229 bound for Simpson Yard in Jacksonville about to clear the diamond with the CSX Callahan Sub. New construction involves widening US Route 301 to four lanes and also the CSX will be double-tracking the entire Callahan Sub. 1318 hours.
