NS Smuthbound Freight Train 179 ( Bellevue, Ohio to Birmingham, Al. ) passing through Argo, Al. AKA Kudzu Hill with a classic consist of a B32-8 leading a high hood GP38-2 & a C40-9, before this day it had been years since I caught a B32-8 leading a road train, only on locals & trbnsfers for the most part, NS dropped the 3 off the B32-8s & now instead of 3500 series they are 500 series numbered units, this days 179 had 113 cars for Norris Yard in Irondale, Al.

NS 2565 is leading the James Strates carnival train, which was still in process of loading and would leave in a couple of hours. NS 5066 is the regular daily train to Seneca, leaving engine only.

Beside me is fellow railfan buddy, Sam, filiming the action. We had the trainmaster come out and speak to us briefly, letting us know that it was ok to shoot at the yard as long as we stayed out distance!
