This was basically our real reason of coming up here. NS 8099 switches East Wayne ard in New Haven and should be on a future NS 197. The unit was stationed back behind the fuel racks where no one could get photos but then exactly what we wished for happened and the engine was assigned to NS 197 with 2 other NS units! This is my second time seeing this unit up at East Wayne but I am glad I got better photos this time!!!
