NS 9224 leads NS train 302 into Decatur, Illinois. Had to snag pics as rosters for this train, the sun angle was rough.

I chased the coal train to Otego, where I caught it off the I 88 access at exit 12. The sun was getting low, and I was dodging shadows, just able to get one more shot of the northbound.

The view from NY 7 just south of where it passes over the D&H is especially panoramic. We see 8858 rolling north, the Jennison plant now in the distance.

D 22 is in the siding at Afton as 8858 rolls past with 90 or so cars for New England.

An 8858 coal train rolls north past the Jennison generating station, now closed, but once a D&H customer.

369 crosses IN 9 on its way to CP 79 and the Redkey District.
