The pair of Canadian National locos continue on their way tup the former EJ&E mainline (now CN) to Kirk Yard in Gary, IN.

The lead unit,CN GE ES44DC #2285, has just passed Miller Street on the east side of Griffith, IN, on its way to Kirk yard in Gary, IN.

Heading up the former Elgin, Joliet and Eastern were the pair of Canadian Naitonals on their way to Kirk yard in Gary, IN.

CN 2285 (ES44DC), along with three other units, seen in charge of A447, prepares to switch the Neenah, WI yard. Seen from Union St. at a point know on the railroad as the Adams St. crossover.

Lately, the "typical" power mix has been two lead units with a mid-train distributed power unit. CN #2285 has the lead position in this train with CN SD75I #5687 trailing. Mid-train distributed power this time was CN ES44DC #2318.
