It was occasionally interesting to take a ride over to Sunnyside yard in Queens. Often there would be power parked within photo distance of one of the several street viaducts. Today I caught an Amtrak E 60. This view also shows the expanse of Sunnyside yard, at one time the largest passenger yard in the world. Note the ex PRR tower controlling yard trackage in the distance.
