WC 3018 is the ONLY Active WC GP40 as of 11/14/12. The only other 3000 series active in the US is a GP40-2 #3027, in for repainting to CN colors when traffic levels settle down.
nice shot but not likely since CN loves to buy american rr's left and right ant paint over them like they were never here.
