I would just call it WEYX or something, before I would assume it's a WATCO locomotive. I show WAMX #9003 being assigned to the Greensport I.P. in Houston, TX.

It's difficult to ascertain if it's in use Summer is low season and many locomotives are idled on this grain hauler

Is this actually a WAMX unit? No external markings, where did it come from? Is it used on the EIRR?
