DF-Prints. Here is a photo of (L to R) Pennsylvania Railroad engines #2273, #2223, and two more units whose road numbers are not recorded. All were built by GM-EMD. #2273 is an EF-25 built in May of 1964 and rated at 2,500 horsepower; #2223 is an EF-22 built in April of 1963 and rated at 2,250 horsepower.
