Seen unoccupied, idling at the junction of W&LE and SWP railroads in Owensdale, Pa. Two W&LE locomotives seen earlier in the day with this are now nowhere to be seen. I cant say for sure, but this may have been dropped off for the SWP to temporarily use once again. This is a rebuilt GP11 formerly Illinois Central GP9 9098 built all the way back in March 1955.
